Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Velujo Kicks is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Velujo Kicks before filing a chargeback with their payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.
